Bring Us One Workflow

Viking Labs builds AI agents, automations, and custom software, and we run our own products the same way. A first build covers one workflow: a version-one limit, a success measure, and a person who reviews the output.

You do not need a spec. Tell us the job. We reply with the smallest useful first release before anyone writes production code. One business day. No credentials required.

How a first build works

Share the workflow

Name the work that is repetitive, slow, hard to hand off, or trapped in a spreadsheet, and the outcome you want. Do not send passwords or customer data through the form.

Set the version-one limit

We write down four things before build work starts: the one job this release will do, what it will not do, the success measure you can check, and where a person reviews the output.

Confirm, then build

You get a scope, a timeline, and an estimate. Nothing is built until you confirm them. Later ideas go on a list for the next release. They do not expand this one.

What could one workflow give back?

Choose a workflow and estimate the time it takes today. Explore potential capacity saved, then bring the assumptions to our first conversation.

What you leave with

A first release is an agent for one repeatable job, an automation with the same inputs and finished outputs, or custom software when the workflow needs an application. ResearcherFlow is our own product, already in production. It is not a client project. Your first build uses the same standard: something you can run, not a demo.

If it is not obvious which offer fits, that is the normal starting point.
