AI Is Not Saturated. It Is Under-Implemented.

Most teams have tried a chatbot. Very few have a production workflow with an owner, a success number, and a review gate. Viking Labs exists to close that gap.

The implementation layer is the product

• Adoption is broad and shallow. Teams experiment. Few transform a real workflow.
• The barrier is implementation, not model access. The models are already good enough for a first bounded job.
• Demos are cheap. Operations are not. Billing, permissions, integrations, and review checkpoints are the work.
• Version one needs a success number. If nobody will check a metric after ship, the build does not have a job yet.
• A human stays in the loop for nuanced and risk-sensitive decisions. Autonomy without an owner is a stalled pilot.

Outcomes beat demos. The useful first release is smaller than the pitch, and it is the one you can run next week.
